Review-I am currently the Marketing Manager for Marlette Regional Hospital. In my role, I have implemented programs/processes that I learned in the classroom. Thanks to the final project we completed in the HR class at Northwood, I quickly proposed multiple ideas to increase retention and help promote careers at MRH with a small budget in mind. Becoming familiar with the medical terminology we often use in the classroom has allowed me to advance quickly in this position. As I continue to grow here at MRH and gain more experience, it has always been a goal of mine to become an adjunct professor one day to teach both Marketing and Health Care Management to students. Thank you for your guidance in my career! – Christina Medici ’20
